Conveyancing effectively means buying or selling a property.

If you are buying a property, it pays to get in touch with the solicitor or conveyancer who will act for you before you sign. They will be able to look over the contract for you, point out any problems and negotiate necessary changes.

When you are selling a property, you are required to give your real estate agent a copy of a blank contract. A solicitor or conveyancer will be the person that puts that contract together.

We offer fixed price conveyances in the amount of $1,100 including GST, plus disbursements such as the cost of the necessary government searches (usually around $300 to $500).
