Agency
Fair Go Law accepts agency work in the following courts:
For Family Law matters (including Independent Children’s Lawyer) appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court at Sydney.
For Criminal Matters in the Downing Centre Local Court and Waverley Local Court.
We may accept agency work in other matters where the client has a grant of legal aid.
