Graeme Ulbrick - Principal
Graeme was one of the first students of Macquarie University Law School, graduating with a major in law and economics.
He has over 30 years of court experience and is a well-respected solicitor and advocate throughout Sydney.
Founding G & D Lawyers in 2008, he specialises in family law, summary criminal matters and wills and estates.
Renown for being a dedicated Independent Children’s Lawyer in Parramatta and Sydney, Graeme has substantial knowledge of family law parenting matters and custody disputes.
Also drawing on his commercial background, Graeme is an astute negotiator representing clients in property matters, including low, middle and high-income families.
Active in the Surry Hills and Bundeena communities, Graeme enjoys working with clients to achieve a fair deal both in, and out, of court.
Sandra Rodriguez - Associate
Sandra has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts with a philosophy major from Macquarie University.
Admitted as a solicitor in 2017, Sandra began her career with Legal Aid NSW, specialising in parenting matters.
Between 2019 and 2021, Sandra worked as an associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia where she gained in-depth knowledge of parenting, property and child support matters.
At Fair Go Law, Sandra specialises in complex parenting and property matters. She is also interested in wills and estate planning.
Sandra enjoys making the law accessible to clients so that they can make informed and empowered decisions.
Sandra has a membership in the Family Law Committee for NSW Young Lawyers.
Despina Veleski - Solicitor
Despina has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Social Research and Policy with a major in Sociology and Anthropology from UNSW.
Admitted as a solicitor in 2022, Despina trained with Kingsford Legal Centre (a community legal centre) and a CBD-based private law firm.
Further to working with experienced lawyers, Despina also delivered community legal education programs and made law reform submissions.
